We are aware that email service providers may filter our communications. There are a few steps you can take to help improve email deliverability by teaching your email provider's algorithm that these are messages you do want to receive:
- Please check your junk/spam folder regularly. If you're missing an email from us, it's usually found there.
- IMPORTANT: Mark each of our communications you find in spam/junk as Not Junk to restore them to your inbox.
- Designate our emails as Priority, if that option is available from your email provider.
- Add memberservices@healthcasts.co to your address book/safe senders list.
- If you are using your work email address and have access to your quarantined messages, please be sure to Release or Permit our emails. You may need to speak with your IT department for assistance, and to be sure that Healthcasts is whitelisted for your organization. This helps all of your colleagues to receive our messages as well.
Unsubscribing from or logging a spam complaint about ANY of our communications will unsubscribe you from ALL of them, including any honorarium notifications. If you think you unsubscribed or would like to opt back in, contact Member Services for assistance.

About 30 patient cases and clinical questions are posted per week, or at least one per week in each specialty. Posts can go live throughout the week, and you may be notified in real time if a colleague posts a question in your specialty. We encourage you to check the site and your email inbox regularly for new posts.
-
Healthcasts members may submit their own original patient cases and questions. Please login to view our guidelines. Most submissions are posted immediately on the platform, and some of your colleagues are notified via email in real time that you're seeking their consults. In the event your post is flagged for review, Sarah will reach out to you with more information and next steps.
