What if I don't receive emails from Healthcasts?

We are aware that email service providers may filter our communications. There are a few steps you can take to help improve email deliverability by teaching your email provider's algorithm that these are messages you do want to receive:

  • Please check your junk/spam folder regularly. If you're missing an email from us, it's usually found there.
  • IMPORTANT: Mark each of our communications you find in spam/junk as Not Junk to restore them to your inbox.
  • Designate our emails as Priority, if that option is available from your email provider.
  • Add memberservices@healthcasts.co to your address book/safe senders list.
  • If you are using your work email address and have access to your quarantined messages, please be sure to Release or Permit our emails. You may need to speak with your IT department for assistance, and to be sure that Healthcasts is whitelisted for your organization. This helps all of your colleagues to receive our messages as well.

Unsubscribing from or logging a spam complaint about ANY of our communications will unsubscribe you from ALL of them, including any honorarium notifications. If you think you unsubscribed or would like to opt back in, contact Member Services for assistance.

How do I refer a colleague?

Complete the following Refer a Colleague for Healthcasts Membership, and your colleague will receive an email invitation to join.

How often are new patient cases and clinical questions posted?

Posts go live throughout the week and you may be notified in real time if a colleague posts a question in your specialty.

Specialty sidebar

Just beneath My Cases and Consults in the left-hand navigation, find the new Specialty Sidebar. Your case feed now defaults to filtering by your specialty. You can also select another specialty or view all cases at once.

Homepage case sorting and filtering

Cases are automatically sorted by most recently posted, and you now have additional sorting options, such as cases with the most consults.

How can I submit my own patient case or clinical question?

Healthcasts members may submit their own original patient cases and questions. Please log in to view our guidelines.

Most submissions are posted immediately on the platform, and some of your colleagues are notified via email in real time that you're seeking their consults. In the event your post is flagged for review, Sarah will reach out to you with more information and next steps.

There are 2 different ways to post your own cases and questions:

  • Directly from your home page, in the box located at the top
  • Use the following link: Post a Question
